+ I'M A STUDENT/APPRENTICE. WHAT DOES MY PATH LOOK LIKE?

We've been helping new talent grow their careers since we opened in 2017. You'll have the opportunity to work on guests only 1 month into our comprehensive training and mentorship program, and the opportunity to earn commission during your apprenticeship.

If you're straight out of school, you'll start at New Talent 1. If you're an apprentice who's been working in the industry already, we can discuss your starting level during the interview process!

+ I'M A LICENCED STYLIST. WHAT DOES MY PATH LOOK LIKE?

Coming from another salon? We offer senior stylists a guaranteed income for their first two months to make the transition to Verde stress-free. Plus, we have a marketing team that is always driving new guests and can help you build your guest base at Verde. We'll help you grow whether you're bringing 0 guests or 100.

Many of our stylists earn over $100,000 annually (including tips), and we have 12 levels so there's always room to grow.

+ WHAT’S YOUR CULTURE LIKE?

Our guests often tell us that they feel good in our space because they can tell our stylists are happy to be here. We’re enthusiastic learners, always willing to lend a hand, and management is always open to ideas and feedback.

+ HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I MAKE?

Pay is based on stylist level, which has a set base pay and commission percentage on product and service. During the interview process, we will let you know what level you would start at, and the corresponding pay rate.

You'll have the opportunity to move up a level every 6 months! We have benchmarks for each level that we provide to you upfront, along with regular 1 on 1s with our Director of Education so you know exactly how to grow.

+ WHAT EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES DO YOU OFFER?

We have many different streams of education we offer to our stylists. In-house, we have two national Aveda educators, two North American VoMor Extensions educators, and an in-house marketing team that does regular social media education.

We frequently bring in top educators from across North America, like Gerard Scarpaci (founder of Hairbrained), Renee Gadar (Aveda's Global Director of Texture), Tatum Neill (founder of Elevate Hair), and DJ Muldoon (founder of Knowledge Destroys Fear) - just to name a few!
