Colleen has been part of the Verde journey since day one, helping build and grow the company through a variety of roles including Stylist, Creative Director, Director of Growth & Partnerships and Vice President.

With over 15 years behind the chair, she is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences, developing future industry professionals, and supporting salon teams through education and mentorship. Her leadership experience, combined with her love of hairstyling, allows her to bring both strategic insight and real-world perspective to everything she does.

Today, Colleen is focused on balancing family life while remaining actively involved with the Verde team—working behind the chair, educating, and collaborating alongside the people and culture she has helped shape from the beginning.

Outside of the salon, Colleen loves spending time with her family, seeking out new adventures, and embracing new experiences whenever possible.
