Colleen leads growth & partnership initiatives across the Aveda Institute Winnipeg and the Verde Salon Group, with a focus on aligning education, leadership, and business performance.

With a background as a hairstylist and leader within the Verde Salon Group, she brings both industry experience and strategic insight to developing teams, supporting educators, and elevating the student and guest experience.

She is passionate about creating meaningful impact—helping people and businesses grow through strong leadership, education, and connection, while staying grounded in Aveda’s commitment to sustainability.

Outside of the Salon, Colleen loves new adventures, spending time with her family (and her fur-babies), and embracing new experiences whenever possible.
