Shipping Policy
SALON PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our locations. After placing your order and selecting your pickup location at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 2 to 5 business days.
When your order is ready, we will send you an email detailing pickup times and instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 in Winnipeg (within the perimeter highway only). For orders under $100, we charge $10 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made weekly. We will email you when your order is fulfilled and ready to be delivered.
ACROSS CANADA
We do not ship outside of Manitoba.
RETURN POLICY
Need a refresher on how to use your Aveda products? Scan the QR code on the back of the bottle to view a video tutorial, or visit us in-location anytime. We want to ensure you use and enjoy every item you purchase from Verde.
We stand behind our recommendations, which is why we have no limit on when you can exchange or return Aveda products purchased from Verde Salon locations or verdesalon.ca.
Visit us in-person during our regular business hours to return items. If you wish to make a return by mail, please email us at info@verdesalon.ca. The purchaser is responsible for all shipping & handling.
CANCELLATION
To cancel an order, please email info@verdesalon.ca as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet shipped we will immediately refund your payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as the item(s) have been received and processed.
